At Sanctarium, your satisfaction matters. The following Refund Policy applies to purchases made through our store.

30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied, you can request a return within that time.

To be eligible for a return:

— The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition
— All original packaging must be intact
— You must provide proof of purchase

To start a return, please email us at info@sanctarium.com . Once your return is approved, we will email you detailed return instructions. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your item as soon as it arrives. If it is damaged in transit, contact us immediately at info@sanctarium.com so we can review the matter and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

— Custom or personalized products
— Items on final sale
— Gift cards
— Shipping fees, where applicable
— Customs duties, taxes, or local fees paid to authorities

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return it within 14 days — no reason required. The item must be unused, unworn, with original packaging intact, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If so, it will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
